Shane Collins
Shane is a highly respected agent who originally trained as an Opera Singer with Edwin Francis and went on to study as an actor at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
After ‘treading the boards’ as an actor for a short period, he went to work as assistant to the renowned agent Susan Angel. Susan’s father was the producer Danny Angel and her grandfather was Vivian Van Damm of the Windmill Theatre, so she had an incredible knowledge of the business and taught Shane the art of being a good agent.
In 1986, after six years with Susan and with her blessing, Shane decided to start his own agency, which is now recognised as a market-leader.
He can boast an eclectic list of clients who work across all media. In particular he gets immense satisfaction from working with graduates, helping them to establish themselves in a competitive business.
Shane’s larger than life character and his knowledge of the business are widely recognised and he is often invited to appear as an ‘expert’ on television and radio throughout the world. He lectures regularly at Drama Schools ,speaks at Festivals and, over the years, he has also directed all of the Gilbert and Sullivan Operas.
His passion for theatre has never diminished and he is proud to see so many clients achieve greatness, knowing that he has been instrumental in their success.
Connor Dowd
Connor originally comes from Essex the land of TOWIE.
He graduated from Masters Performing Arts College with a Diploma in Musical Theatre and Dance.
He has danced in Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia,North and South America. From Auckland to Zurich on Stage and TV

After 9 years, Due to injury Connor has hung up his dancing shoes and has been given an amazing opportunity to learn alongside the legendary Shane Collins to help others to achieve there dreams in the crazy world of showbizz.

I Graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in psychology. Grew up in the countryside with my parents and sisters, who are largely responsible for my interest in the entertainment industry.
The stories from both my dad as an actor and my mum as an agent sparked my initial interest in the acting world. My engagement with the entertainment industry continued to grow through attending festivals with my older sisters and watching them work in the music and fashion industries
